What is the relationship between the individual and the collective? Wisdom traditions maintain that we are not separate parts, but are in fact interwoven with each others in ways beyond our understanding. It is in the spirit of this ‘interbeing’ that we offer this powerful Tonglen practice monthly.
This is a free offering given by Kinde and elder Vaughn Lovejoy.. It is for any and everyone who feels the instability and uncertainty of a world in massive flux.
We join in virtual space to listen to each other and to sit together to practice the ancient Tibetan art of Tonglen; to breathe in the suffering and pain of our world, and to breathe out healing, peace and acceptance of what is.
Please extend this invitation to all friends and family. There is no limit to how many people can sit together in virtual space, to remember we are in this together. I believe THIS is something we can do that makes a difference in ways we can’t know or measure. There is no charge to participate.
